Currently, we are providing annual Retainer Service to more than 80 UK construction related companies (contractors and consultants) ranging from small specialist contractors and practices to multi-million pound turnover companies. We believe in long term partnerships and have Clients who we have been supporting continuously since 2008.

We have been carrying Site Health and Safety Inspections for our Clients since 2008. Our experience of Site Inspections ranges from small construction sites to multi-million pound complex developments. We carry out more than 500 Site Inspections in a typical year in London and East of England regions.

We have extensive experience of assisting our Clients with preparation of Standard and Task Specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)). This experience ranges from small construction site activities to large and complex situations (e.g. working under and near a major live gas pipeline, etc).

Organised health and safety documentation manual / folder for a construction site and back office is an essential starting point for good health and safety arrangements for any construction related company. Our manual / folder is user friendly, very structured, indexed and easily searchable and accessible.

We have been achieving CHAS, SMAS and Constructionline Accreditations (including Acclaim) for most of our annual retainer Clients for more than 10 years now. We have a dedicated in-house friendly team who are specialist in this area with an excellent success record and extensive experience of dealing with assessor queries.

We use our bespoke template for preparation of Construction Phase Plans (CPPs) which we have developed over the years of experience. Our CPPs are prepared with relevant Principal Contractor logo and branding. Our CPPs are site specific, highly professional, and presentable for approval by the relevant PD or Client CDM Advisor.

We carry out fully independent 3rd party Accident Investigations on construction sites ranging from near miss incidents to major injuries. Our investigation is followed by a thorough and detailed report. We help our Clients in avoiding such incidents and accidents in future, deal with HSE enforcement action and better protect themselves against compensation claims.
