CDM 2015 services 2015

Our dedicated CDM team headed by Dr. Khalid Bhutto BEng MSc PhD CMIOSH FCIOB FaPS has been providing impartial and independent CDM services since our inception in 2008 and have extensive experience in provision of the CDM Services.

We take a sensible and practical approach to the application of CDM Regulations and aim to achieve positive value based outcome from the application of Regulations on a project.

We are based in Ipswich - Suffolk and provide our services in Greater London, East of England (East Anglia), East Midlands, South East Regions and nationally.

We currently provide the following CDM 2015 services.

CDM PRINCIPAL DESIGNER


Our Principal Designer services are delivered by our dedicated CDM team headed by Dr. Khalid Bhutto. We fulfill the duties and legal obligations of Principal Designer on a construction project, as required under the CDM Regulations 2015.

CDM CLIENT ADVISOR

Construction project Clients have their own duties to fulfil in addition to appointing Principal Designer and Principal Contractor. We help and support Clients in fulfilling their legal duties under the CDM Regulations 2015. More importantly, we look after Client's interest i.e. Clients contractual and legal health and safety responsibilities and liabilities.

CDM PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR ADVISOR


We help and support construction contractors in fulfilling the health and safety requirements when they are required to act as Principal Contractor for a construction project.

CDM 2015 TRAINING

We offer an extensive range of CDM Training. Our CDM courses are personally developed by Dr. Khalid Bhutto and reflect his expert knowledge of CDM, extensive practical experience in the industry and outstanding qualifications. Our CDM courses deliver a very high standard of knowledge, excellent value and cover practical application of CDM Regulations.
