What are Residents (Home Owners) Manuals / Guides?
Residents Manuals also known as Homeowners Manuals or Home User Guides are produced for newly constructed homes to provide the home occupier a simple and easy guide for managing the installed systems and equipment in their new home. Residents Manuals also include the useful information about the amenities and facilities in the surrounding area.
Residents Manuals are produced in accordance with BREEAM Code of Compliance, in line with ex-Code of Sustainable Homes or bespoke house builder or relevant housing association templates.
