Introduction: This course is for those employed in a supervisory, team leader, safety representative or managerial position who have a responsibility for the health and safety of others within the workplace. It is assumed that the attendees will have an understanding of health and safety legislation and its application at an introductory level. The course is aimed to explain the business requirements to implement health and safety, management roles and responsibilities, moral, financial and legal implications of poor health and safety and monitoring and supervision requirements.
